On Sahir and On Manwani’s Book

Sahir was the only songwriter and lyricist for whom the songs succeeded on the merit of his words alone, on the power of his poetry. However the tremendous motivation of love was no match for the might of the Mughal army and ultimately it came down to a one on one match up between the father and the son.

सक्रिय समाज के बीच हरि-आरती जैसे लोग अजनबी महसूस करते होंगे. हरि समान लोगों के लिए सामान्य जिंदगी गुजर करना बड़ा मुश्किल है. कोशिश अपनी राह में उन सभी चुनौतियों का डटकर सामना करती नजर आती है. संजय लीला भंसाली की ‘खामोशी’ के लिए रेफेरेन्स प्वाइंट यही फिल्म रही होगी. कोशिश का उद्देश्य अक्षम लोगों की दिक्कतों को दिखाना-भर नहीं था, बल्कि हरि -आरती के उदाहरण के जरिए हिम्मत-हौसले व प्रेम की विजय को दिखाना था.
